This is a low-bulk mid layer top, it is not skin tight but it should fit pretty close to the body.

Great layer

I bought this fleece jacket to layer under my ski coat. In all, the jacket was very warm. Only draw back is that the neck was a little tight. Like most women, I don't have a large neck so I'm not sure why the fit is so snug. I definitely had to leave it unzipped and use my turtle fur. Still, it was a good value for the money.
