Question by RF on 1/20/2012 - 8:18 pm
"I would recommend a size medium."
Answer by Martha (Peter Glenn Staff) on 1/24/2012 - 2:44 pm
"I wear a 44 suit, have a 34-35 inch sleeve, and have a 36-37 waist. I currenty have a large Karbon ski jacket and it fits perfect. But after looking at the comments on the Mars jacket, it looks like an XL would be my best bet if I want to layer. "
    1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by Phil on 1/21/2012 - 8:33 pm
"According to the Karbon Sizing Chart you would be best in a size XL. This jacket does have insulation though, so I'm not sure how much you are going to want to layer. Also, if your current Karbon jacket is new, the sizing probably has not changed and you might be OK going with the size Large since that is what fits you perfectly from this brand."

Worth the money, excellent ski jacket.   Rated: 5/5

I purchased this jacket for the opening weekend at Snowshoe. I was replacing an older jacket that just didn't have a lot of features. This jacket was warm and, more importantly, dry. I wore this with a thin base layer and a light shirt. I was warm and dry with winds in the 10 - 20 mph range and temperatures as low as the teens. Plenty of pockets to carry everything I need and when I got to hot just undid the arm vents to cool down. The ski instructors even commented on how they liked my jacket better than the ones Snowshoe supplied them. Most other jackets with similar breathability and waterproof were at least a $100 more.
