The warmth of the Snowfling Boot is rated well down into negative temperatures thanks to a 200g Thinsulate™ insulation that keeps the heat turned on inside these cute winter boots.

Does this boot run big or small? I wear a 7.5 sneaker. I do not have narrow or wide feet. I wear a size 8 in shoes that may run slightly small or slightly narrow.

Since your sneaker size is smaller than your other shoes I suggest you get these boots in the 8 size that way it will accommodate socks of different thickness without making the boots too tight.
