"We know your frustration, kids shoe sizing can be so difficult! The size 10 here should be fine for your son if you normally buy a US size 10 for him in kids. For your 1yr old, you will need to look for the "T" in front of the size. If it doesn't have a T, then it is a bigger kids size. I would imagine that a size T5 is where you need to start (which should fit a foot that is approx 5"). "

"How big in inches/cms is the toddler size 6 & 7. Do I need to go up a size to allow for socks? Her foot is approximately 14 cms long and she is normally an aust 5/6"

Question by renee on 8/19/2012 - 11:01 pm
"By following the sizing chart, it looks like a size 9 boot will fit. I measured the inside of the size 9 boot and it is about 6 1/4" long (16 cms). That will give her some room to grow with the boot and you can have her wear socks with the boot as well. . "

"My son is 2 and currently wears a size US8 toddler shoe. First time in snow in 2 weeks and I am not sure if I need a size 8 or 9 snow shoe? Are these true to size and will I need the xtra room for a sock? Thx!"

"These are pretty true to size. If you want to layer with thicker socks, sizing up may be more comfortable. "
