This versatile ski has elevated tips for better turn initiation and camber underfoot for a long effective edge that grips the groomers. The women-specific BioFlex Core has dense fir underfoot and spruce at the ski's ends for a lighter swing weight that's easy to maneuver and an All-Terrain Rocker to keep you afloat for adventures into the deep snow. Vibrations along the edge of the ski are absorbed by MOD and the Two-Linkage Toe and Fixed Compact2 Heel on the bindings allow for power steering down the blues.

My wife is in intermediate skier who skis mostly at Mammoth on the front side. She typically rents high performance rentals from a local shop that features Atomic skis. She really likes the Atomics - more than other skis she has tried. Unfortunately I cannot find any info on the model, but it was more of a mid cut all mountain ski. I am looking for a ski that can help her make the move from intermediate to expert, and give her confidence to take on steeper groomers. Let me know what you suggest.

Here is an Atomic ski for women that we have, though she is seeking to advance herself in ski level, only being an intermediate they might not be the best suited for the just yet as they're an advanced to expert ski. This is such a great system and a great deal right now. If you are a beginner skier, you might want to try the 149s, but if you have a bit of experience, go with the 156s. Either one of those are great for your height.

It depends on what terrain you prefer. First Luv has a traditional camber for better edge hold, this one is for 80% groomed and 20% ungroomed. The True Luv has a little of reverse camber and will perform good in both groomed (60%) and ungroomed (30).
