This ski is more for beginners/intermediate skiers rather than advanced. You might want to check out the K2 SuperFree Ski System which is currently on sale from $950 to $750.

I learned to ski last winter and went alot. I feel comfortable with green runs, but did not attempt blues last year. For the most part, my skis are parllel but I have trouble carving that usually one ski has an edge and the other is flat when turning. I am looking for a ski I can learn on to improve technique and grow into. Should I look at Beg/Interm or Interm/Advanced skis? Any recommendations of skis-I was looking at the K2 series or the Atomic Cloud line.

I would recommend looking at the beginner/intermediate skis. The SuperSweet system would be a perfect match for you. It offers a reverse chamber which gives you a lot more turning capability. When you perfect your technique on these skis then I would move up to the next level. You can also check out the K2 SuperSmooth Ski System which is very similar!

I take one ski trip a year out west. I'm in my forties and I've always used rentals and am looking to buy my first skis. I ski blue groomers and see myself as an intermediate. I like to turn often and stay in control. i would like a ski that helps me with this but will also help me towards staying in control on groomed blacks. Suggestions? Thanks

These ski's are more for the beginner to intermediate level. I would suggest taking a look at the K2 Superific Ski System. It is geared more towards the intermediate skier looking to advance and would give you more control!

I am in my mid 50s, been skiing for most of my life, but haven't really ever advanced past much being an intermediate skier. I am only 5'1" and find most skis very heavy. I want an easy to turn, stable ski that will permit me some speed as well. Which ski(s) would you recommend?

This ski would work well for you! It is a light, maneuverable ski that will allow you to progress. You should also check out the Rossignol Temptation 76 Ski System which is similar!
