"Thank you for your inquiry. To get the proper fit of a "K2 XT Premium Wrist Guard" you will want to measure the circumference around the hand at the widest area (knuckles) and do not include your thumb. S = 7 - 7.5", M = 7.5 - 8", L = 8 - 9" and XL = 9 - 10". We hope this answer helps with your Peter Glenn selection and purchase."
