"Thank you for your inquiry. The K2 XT Premium Pad Set (Women's) size L Measurements are Wrist Guard 18-20cm, Top Elbow Pad is 26-29cm and bottom is 25-28cm, Knee pad is 40-44cm top and 35-38cm bottom. For the XL wrist guard is 20-22cm, elbow pad 29-32cm Top and bottom is 28-31cm, knee pad 44-48cm top and bottom is 38-41cm. We hope this information helps. "
