You only have a size small. The size small fits US WOMEN'S 3-6 and 6.5 - 10? Why don't you say it fits sizes 3-10? Or did you mean small 3-6 and medium is 6.5 - 10?

The size small fits sizes 3-6 and the medium fits sizes 6.5-10.
