The Inov8 F-Lite 215 Running Shoe is a minimalist-style shoe good for a variety of surfaces. The low-profile sole will give you good feel whether you're on the road or on a rocky trail. The heel-to-toe drop has been reduced to 5mm, which helps to move your strike zone forward and strengthen your foot. EVA cushioning in the midsole provides just the right amount of comfort and impact protection.
