The Inov8 F-Lite 195 Running Shoe is one of the lightest shoes Inov8 offers. If you like a minimalist feel, you'll love running in this shoe. The heel-to-toe drop has been reduced all the way down to 2mm, offering you a feel that's close to barefoot. There's more cushioning in the F-Lite 195 than there is in a barefoot shoe. So it provides that bit of protection you need if you run on the road or rocky surfaces.
