I am a 2 petite and 4'11" in height. Will these be too long?

These may be a bit long. However, they have the shortest inseam we carry for the thermals. The inseam for an XS is 27". You may look into the children sizing for the Hot Chillys.

What is the rise on these pants??
Looking for a higher rise, like 10" as the low & mid rise are too low/short and barely cover my back side.
