"You seem like a size Large in both to me, but take a look at the sizing chart to the right of the product image. This is the most accurate way to fit. "

Started using hot chillys last season instead of regular long underwear and will never go back. I usually wear these with my snow pants and find the combination suitable in almost every scenario.
