I'm buying a top and bottom for my girlfriend and questioning sizing. I know these run tight. She is 5' 7" tall and 140 pounds. Would you recommend medium or large. Are the pants somewhat long. Thank you

Everyone is built a little differently. I would suggest basing the size on the body measurements rather than height and weight. There is a sizing chart located the the right of the product picture.

Okay, but I wanted a little spandex

I thought I was buying a pair just like I currently have, which is mostly polyester but about 20% spandex - fits closer to the body. This pair is 100% polyester and relaxed fit which feels bulkier under clothing.
