"Both jackets have a very similar fit to them. However, I would say that the MeCo Dakota Insulated Ski Jacket is a bit more femininely fitted. "

"My measurements are 34-27-35. Would a size M be too large for a good fit? Taking into account layering inside. "

"When taking into account layering, and when referring to the Helly Hensen Sizing Chart, a Medium could be a good fit! "

"Does this jacket run small? I wear a size 12 everyday jacket and according to the Helly Hansen sizing chart I am between sizes meaning I could fit the L or xl. Which should I choose?"

Question by LK on 3/4/2014 - 10:04 am
"If you've looked at the size chart and are inbetween sizes then we would suggest to size up as ski clothing can tend to fit quite snug."
Answer by Martha (Peter Glenn Staff) on 3/4/2014 - 10:21 am
"hi, im normally a size small in a firefly jacket - should I go for a small with helly Hansen or should I go up to a medium if this style is snug fitting?"
1 Answers | Answer Question
Question by martha on 3/25/2014 - 12:33 pm
"We do not sell the Firefly brand so we are not familiar with how it fits. Helly Hansen does have a size chart that we have provided there for you, so we would recommend you check out the size chart to see what size is best for you. When in doubt we do recommend to size up."
