I believe that would be too big for you. I would suggest 124-130.

I am looking to get my wife a beginner board. Would this one be a good one? I think she used a 144cm the one day she went out. What would be a good length for her 5'5 145lb

I think a good size for her will be 150. You can go up or down a bit if you need to. For my advanced riders you would need a longer board.
