Do these bindings allow for making manual adjustments to the number of millimeters shown on boots (i.e., without removing any screws) or, do these bindings show a scale that shows the number of millimeters that the bindings can easily or manually be adjusted to?

To adjust it you will need to choose your sole length, open the lever,slide toe and heel to the correct position,close the lever, and set your forward pressure.
