We are currently working on getting a sizing chart for Head Helmets. Typically, within a brand, the size fits the same.

unfortunately this particular helmet doesn't come with ear phone inserts, however Head Pro Audio Helmet is specially designed to accommodate audio.

definitely would recommend

This helmet fits well, looks great and provides the right amount of protection. The price was the best I could find and it was delivered the next day. I ended up buying two!
