Will they work on a pair of Fischer Watea 114s? If not, what do you carry that will? Thanks

You will need a large brake then this binding offers. Your brake needs to be at least 114. Unfortunately, we do not carry a binding that wide.

I believe these will accommodate Solamon Threat Skis wich are 85 mm at waist, can you please confirm. Skier is advanced 130 lbs. Thank you.

These have a break width of 97mm so it fits the Threat Skis no problem!

Will they work on a pair of Head 720 Olympic Metals which are only 2 1/2" wide? If not...what do you recommend?

These will fit skis that are 97mm or less. 97mm is 3.81 inches so they will work with your Head 720.
