Bought for cold weather cycling. The work very well for that. Good dexterity for braking and shifting. I have used them down to 20 deg F so far with comfort. Was hiking today at 0 deg F and my hands were comfortable with a light wool liner glove. Have not seen the need to use the heater pocket yet. Only minor negative is that the grip surface does not seem to have a lot of traction especially in the extreme cold. Does not affect my usage. Very satisfied overall.
