"Helmets can be tricky to size, especially for women. Men can typically tell based on their fitted baseball cap measurements. women typically do not have fitted baseball hats, so we have to measure...a Small would be about 55cm around the head and a Medium would be approximately 57 cm around. I hope that helps a bit!"
