No it does not include bindings. Ski with bindings included are called ski systems.

I bought my wife a pair that came with Look NX Exclusive Fluid bindings. Great system, great price and she loves them.

Is this a good ski for an intermediate skier--she likes the blues and will ski the trees--but prefers groomed hills

This ski is more of an intermediate-advance skier. Check out the Elan Mystic WaveFlex Ski System with a waist of 74 and fiberglass reinforcement it will help her power through the blues.
