"Is this boot stiff enough to ski a Volkl RTM 84"

Question by Richard on 2/27/2012 - 2:25 pm
"This boot does have a pretty decent flex to it with the flex range being between 90-100. The Volkl RTM 84 is a expert level ski which can handle the stiffest boot out there. I would recommend a boot 100 flex and above to match the capability of your skis. "

"I have K2 Apache Outlaws, I'm 250 Lbs 55 yrs old in shape, spend most of the day on advanced runs, want to try some moderate back mountain skiing; is this boot for me? If not what flex and what boot will help me advance? Embarrassed to say I currently ski the Nordica T1,1 I bought when I first started. "
