"So this item fits loose. Does that mean the arms and body would be traditional length, but the fit would be a tad bit looser than normal? I am typically between sizes, and going up results in longer hem and arms. If I'm a 44 will the large provide ample room in the shoulders and upper back to accommodate reaching out, bending down toward the ground, etc.? The amount of layering will impact that as well, but if one was layering normally - wick layer and fleece layer - is it reasonable that the large would work? "

"The length and everything will be the same for the jacket. The loose fit just means that it is a more baggy fit. A large should fit fine as it will be a baggy fit for you. You will most definitely be able to layer as well underneath this jacket. "
