From the size chart I saw on the main site for this product, I fit the size S, but right on the edge of Medium. How can I best choose a size? I will use these for running

In order for CW-X to work properly and provide support they need to be really snug. I would recommend sticking with the small unless you try them on and they are terribly uncomfortable.
