I only see men's sizes when I go to sizing, is this a unisex product?

This is not a unisex product. We are currently working on getting a Women's sizing chart as well. These items are meant to feel tight and compressed.

I can't yet comment on the performance of this product in cold weather conditions, but the fit on these is outstanding. I ordered true-to-size. These have a "ski-spanx" feel, holding everything in the right places, and they offer great support. The back is high enough to not feel exposed, and the rise works well with slimmer softshell pants. They seem warmer than a standard thermal, though I think in extreme cold, an additional middle layer between these and a ski pant would be needed for optimum warmth. I would definitely recommend the 3/4 length for ski boot use though, as the ankle length would be somewhat constricting inside a boot. Be sure to position these properly around your knee cap for optimum comfort and support.
