Took this on a week-long Colorado ski trip. When I received it I worried it was to light however I skied in 0 to 20 degree weather with a thermal layer, long sleeve T and the Jacket. I had no problems with warmth and kept the vents open the entire time. The hood was great to keep the headgear dry and it looks pretty cool too. As a once-a-year skier I fell many times and had no problems getting wet. For the price it's a smokin deal.
