What is the inseam on these pants? I need at least a 32 inch.

A size medium have an inseam of 32" and then it gets a half inch longer as the size goes up.

These pants have a very relaxed fit, if you are between sizes you should size down.

Can you advise what the rise in inches is on these? Saw other Q&A that said they were high rise, but the picture really doesn't look that way. Inches would be more definitive. Thanks!
