Bought these for my 8 yr. old son. He loves them. They are easy to put on, you just have to pull the strings to tighten no need to tie. This feature is great for kids when they are in a hurry. They have kept his feet warm and dry. I bought one size up so they would fit next winter. He says they fit perfect now. I might suggest buying one size up.
