54 cm is typically the low end of a small. Therefore if your head measures 54cm then I would recommend a small. If you head measures less than that you should probably size down.

Is the base color of this helment truly black? It appears dark blue online. Thanks.

Hi Trina! This helmet is a very true black. The two color options we have are very similar, the main difference is the color of the ear piece. You might also want to check out the Giro Sheer Helmet!

My daughter has this helmet but has lost one of the ear pieces... Can i get a replacement?

Carrera is no longer owned by the same company. They are now owned by Dalbello Sports. The new company does not have any of the replacement parts for the helmets. You can give them a call and ask what your options are at 1-800-775-8100.
