The Burton Kids’ Vent is one Mitten that you can comfortably use the entire season. At the height of winter it might be -20F, and in spring temps can hit the fifties. Burton tackles the issue with a simple venting pocket that runs all the way across the back of the hand. Throw a chemical handwarmer in the pocket on frigid days, and then leave it open when spring hits. A Toughgrip palm can handle edge abuse from grabs, and the DryRide Insane Membrane 2.0 keeps water out while letting sweat escape.

What is the difference between the 3 "Burton Vent" kids mittens you offer. When you go to the sizing chart it does not differentiate between youth and kids? I saw you offered 3 different mittens titled as follows all at different prices: 1. Burton Vent Mitt (Youth) 2. Burton Youth Vent Mitten (Kids') 3. Burton Vent Mitten (Kids') Just not sure which to order for my 9 yr old. Thanks!

All the mittens you are looking at are youth sizes. "Kids" items would be for kids ages 8 and up. Kids aged 8 and under would fall into the "Toddler" category. For your 9 year old, a medium would be a good size.

Great mitten!!!

My son is 8 and is an average size for his age. He currently wears a small so I bought a medium for next year. They came in the mail and he wanted to try them right away. They are a little big since I was intending them for next year but he loves them. He gets cold hands easily and said his hands do not get cold in these. He was been out in the snow for hours with no problems. Highly recommend!

GREAT MITTENS / JUST ORDER SMALLER

SIZE CHART IS INCORRECT TO TRUE SIZE. I NEEDED 1 TO 2 SIZES SMALLER THAN THE BURTON MITTEN SIZE CHART SAID. SO ORDER SMALLER. GREAT MITTENS.
