Yes, the lower boot storage fits up to size 14.

Is this a bigger bag than the one on Burton.com because the dimensions are different?

The actual dimensions for this bag is 21"X14"X16" or 53cm X 35cm X 41cm.

I first saw this bag when I went skiing with a friend who had it. I knew immediately that I had to get one! Boots store in the bottom compartment, keeping them separate from whatever gear is stored in the top. The boot compartment is also vented (although I open the boot compartment when I get home to let the boots and bag completely dry out). The top main compartment is huge, and easily holds lots of extra gear. Right now, I've got the following in the top compartment: helmet, goggles, snow pants, long johns, sweater, vest, gloves, mittens, first aid kit. I still have lots of room left!! The construction is top-grade, the materials, including zippers, are top grade. Note that although it's a Burton bag, it will fit my size 11 ski boots, which are considerably taller than board boots. I'm going to Vermont this weekend, and this boot bag and my ski bag are the only two bags I'll be packing. Note: it's too big for a carry-on if you're flying, but as a day/weekend bag, it's just awesome!
