Q:
"My 9 yr old wants to try snow boarding this yr and I was thinking of this chicklet board (she's been skiing for 4 yrs). She is 60 lbs and 52inches. Is the size 120 ok for her? Can you please advise. Also, do you need bindings on these?"

A:
"If your 9 year old ridding style is more of a free ride, then the 120 size will work for a beginner. You will need bindings for this board. The smaller ones have a grip when first learning on a pretty flat surface. The 120 size, doesn't have the grip on it. I would recommend to get the bindings, even with the smaller sizes, since you would need them, anyways. "
