How long is the sleeve length in the large size?

The size Large has a measurement of 25" from the arm pit to the sleeve cuff.

This jacket is made of Waterproof and breathable C-Tex fabric, which is light weight yet windproof.

Is this jacket warm enough to use as a winter jacket in the Northeast? What is the insulation made of?

This is definitely a warm jacket. However like with any cold weather, it is recommended that one use correct layers that allow breathability and warmth. The correct base layer and mid layer can make a big difference in cold weather.
