"These pants are for Boys with the biggest size being a 14 kids. For a 42 inch waist you need a size 44 in Men's Bogner pants, they have an inseam of 33 inches. For a shorter inseam the size XL/Short would be perfect in the Obermeyer Railyard Pants. "
