Do Bogner tops run true to size? I usually wear a small in ladies' tops and I wear a 6 Bogner jacket. Would I likely need a small in a Bogner top or do they run smaller than most?

Size S covers sizes 4/6. A size S top should fit you nicely.

What does size ML mean? Is that Medium long? I wear a size 8 Bogner jacket, so wondering if that would fit or be too long??

A ML is just between a medium and large, it is not long. A size 8 is typically a size medium.
