Question by E REESE on 12/11/2013 - 9:41 am
"You have to be very careful and make sure to treat any dirt or stains right away so that they do not set. You simply dampen the fur, preferably with a water spray bottle, and pat the area gently. Repeat this process until the stain/dirt is gone. Never rub the fur to try and remove the stain. For deep set stains, you will need to take it to a professional cleaner."
