It's a winter helmet first and foremost, with a fleece lining and durable Endura-Shell construction it provides plentiful protection whether you're on the slopes skiing or snowboarding. But since you enjoy the outdoors in all seasons you can remove the fleece and ear pads to use this helmet for skating or cycling, which is when you'll really appreciate the passive ventilation system that allows air to circulate keeping you comfortable no matter when you're wearing it.
