Then these would be good for you! The Primo pants have a very relaxed fit. Not tight or constricting.

Can I wear these under shell pants? I am only 5'0.. Can I tape them up?

These are a shell pant. I wouldn't suggest wearing them under anything. However, I would suggest wear thermals under these pants! I am sure if you take these pants to a professional seamstress you will be able to shorten them. We also have some petite size pant available as well.
