There are other ski available pants that offer a better waterproof rating and insulation.

Is this pant waterproof and will it keep me warm and dry?

These are a shell pant so they will not keep you warm without thermals underneath. Also, these are only water resistant so they will not keep you dry if you get them too wet or full of snow.
