I ended up getting a size larger so it covers my bum when I am in powder on the mountain. It also helps to have the sleeve longer since the jacket has thumb-holes to keep the sleeves down. Plenty of pockets; even one on the sleeve for your MP3 player. Snaps to connect to your pants, and a zipped in powder skirt that is adjustable. The zipped-in liner is super cute alone, and keeps you warm. The hood fits great over my helmet, but also pulls tight when I am not wearing the helmet. I fully recommend this jacket.
