Step 1

The first step is to browse the products. The beauty of shopping on the Internet, we are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Select a department, use the "Quick Find", or check out all the products at once by selecting the "All Product Listing".

Step 2

When you find a product that you like, click on it or select the "Your Price" button. A detail page will come up for the product. You can get a closer look, read more about it, and select a size if necessary.

Step 3

Once you have decided which products you want to purchase you can either come visit one of our stores, call us and order over the phone or place your order on-line, select the "Total (tax and ship)" button. Select your shipping method provide us your shipping info, and select "Total". Here you will see your final purchase price. Enter your credit card info and Select "Purchase". Remember, we will not charge you until we ship. You will receive e-mail notification at every step of the way.

Please note that while we have a wide variety of items for sale on-line that some items, although shown on-line, can not be purchased online. Due to dealer agreements, we are unable to sell all the brands represented on our web site directly through the Internet. We invite you to visit any of our stores or your local specialty sports shop. If you are still not comfortable ordering on-line, we accept orders by phone, fax and mail in addition to on-line service. Which ever method you prefer, your order will be processed in a safe and expedient manner.

Shipping

All shipments in the continental United States are delivered by Fed Ex Ground Service. Your order is generally shipped to you 24 to 48 hours after we receive it. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Fed Ex Ground Service delivers within 5-7 days. If you need your order sooner 2nd day and overnight service are available. To track your order, go to the Fed Ex web site and enter your tracking number. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. at this time.

Return Policy

All products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship. Please enclose a copy of the receipt using the label provided or e-mail Customer Service. Shipping costs will be refunded only if we shipped the wrong product or if the item was defective. All returns must be pre-paid, no COD's will be accepted.
