Apparel Sales Associate

Do you have a Passion for Fashion? Can you sell high end luxury clothing? Are you able to develop and maintain long term customer relationships? If the answer is yes, then we want you on our team! Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

If you are thinking; “but I don’t know anything about Winter Sports”…that’s quite alright because we will train you. We have regular vendor clinics in our stores and offer an on-line training program www.3point5.com. By the way, the bonus for completing the 3 point 5 training is the chance to purchase our best brands below wholesale price. That’s correct. You will pay less than we do for the same high end brands you will be selling to our customers.

Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist

We are a lively group of internet-savvy people who are looking for another person to join our customer service team. You’ll help customers shop for gear, resolve problems, answer customer inquiries, and help develop ways for us to better serve our customers.

This is a temporary position based out of our Fort Lauderdale office. Hours are typically Monday-Friday with some additional hours, including Saturdays, during our busy season.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Call center or retail experience, especially in outdoor, a huge plus
  • Proven ability to proactively solve problems
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
  • 6 months related experience (or educational equivalent)
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Some online and computer experience (type >30 WPM)

Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Seasonal Position for a Receiving Clerk/Warehouse Associate in a fast paced environment. Rate of pay is $9.50/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Compare deliveries against packing slips
  • Record receipt data onto receiving log and inventory management software
  • Load/unload trucks and neatly store product in the warehouse
  • Assist with inventory management by following SOPs and investigate discrepancies
  • Interface with vendors, buyers and accounting representatives regarding shipments via phone and email

Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in warehouse environment
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; experience with Microsoft Access desirable
  • Able to be on your feet for 8+ hours/day and lift up to 50lbs
  • Available to work overtime and weekends
  • Pass a pre-employment background check

Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist for our Peter Glenn retail location in Atlanta, GA. While the primary duties will be back room related, this position must also be able to provide customer service on the retail sales floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a receiving Log on all incoming shipments
  • Document any damages, refuse severely damaged or wet boxes and file UPS claims when necessary
  • Compare deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Assist with inventory management by following SOPs and investigate discrepancies
  • Obtain Return Authorization from Vendor for returns when needed
  • Create Debit Memo’s as required
  • Print Bar Code tickets for Merchandise and attach to product
  • Package & ship merchandise including store transfers as well as customer orders
  • Scan all paperwork to Accounting in a timely manner

Skills and Requirements:

  • Retail experience required
  • Candidates must be computer literate
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Experience with shipping software preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Must have a customer-oriented attitude

RUN APPEAL OPENING: Running Specialist at locations in Florida and Georgia

Love to Run? Want to share your passion for running in an exciting retail environment? Run Appeal is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a strong background in running and actively participate in local events.

Run Appeal is focused on Fit, Service, and Community. We carry all the top brands of clothing, shoes, and accessories.

The Running Specialist will offer advice and products to help people achieve their fitness goals. You'll also help us build a community of loyal fans by participating in local events and offering the best retail experience. In this way you'll help us to become the premier run specialty store.
