1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on February 1, 2010 (the “Start Date”) and running through March 11, 2010 (the “End Date”) (the period from the Start Date to the End Date being referred to herein as the “Promotion Period”), we will be giving away several pieces of equipment/gear signed by athletes who have/are competing in the Olympics. You can go to www.PeterGlenn.com/athlete-gear and sign up for your chance to win by following the on-screen instructions (an “Online Entry”). Limit one Online Entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period for each item being given away. The use of automated devices to complete any entries is prohibited. Each item drawing is referred to in these Official Rules as a “Signed Item Contest.” Entry pages may also include survey questions; completion of any online survey is optional and not required for entry in the sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of the Start Date, except for employees of Peter Glenn Ski & Sports (the “Sponsor) any of their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: A drawing will be held on Friday February 12th, Friday February 19th and Thursday March 11th. One winner will be chosen at random from all Online Entries collected during the designated sign up period for each product to be given away. The drawing will include entries received before 12:01 PM [Eastern Time] on the day of the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by the Judge, and odds of winning any Weekly Contest will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the days prior to 12:01PM on the day of the drawing. The winner of each Weekly Contest will be notified by e-mail/mail and/or telephone (to be determined at Sponsor's option) and, in order to receive his or her prize, will be required to sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release within seven days after notification, or the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and may result in an alternate winner being selected. Once selected, winners are no longer eligible for subsequent Weekly Contests.

4. PRIZES: Three Prizes: A Spyder Jersey signed by Daron Rahlves with approximate retail value: $150.00, a snowboard signed by Gretchen Bleiler with approximate value of $350, a pair of Head skis signed by Lindsey Vonn with approximate value of $400. Total prize value for the Promotion Period: $900.00. Limit one prize per person during the Promotion Period. Winners are not permitted to make any substitution or transfer of the prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded, if claimed.

5. GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from the acceptance of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering the sweepstakes, you accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judge, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to hold the Promotion Parties, their directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of any use of the prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission from the winner to the Promotion Parties to use the winner's name, likeness and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. The Promotion Parties are not responsible for any causes beyond their reasonable control, including (without limitation) lost or late mail, technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost, intermittent, unreliable or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender, by any third party, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Judge's opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judge reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judge in its sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. The decision of the Judge is final. All federal and state laws apply.

6.
