"Sleek quality jacket"

The Kjus Domain ski jacket is meticulously crafted and you can see and feel the quality as soon as you put it on. It has far too many features to list, but Kjus has thought of everything (except making the powder skirt REMOVABLE). It definitely fits closer to the body than the typical ski jacket of the same size, but that's what I wanted: less bulk and a sleeker look. My ski trips for the season are over so I haven't gotten to use it out in the cold yet, but I can tell you that when I throw handfuls of water on the jacket to test it that all the water just bounces off. I also chose this jacket over the Kjus Formula jacket because while quite similar, this jacket (Domain) has PrimaLoft 1 in the body whereas the Formula does not and, in addition, this jacket has a 30,000 /50,000 waterproof/breathability rating, while the Formula "only" has a 20,000 / 20,000 rating.

"Typical fantastic Descente quality"

The quality of construction and materials used is typical of Descente ski pant, fantastic. The only thing I'd like to have are thigh ventilation zips for those warmer days.

"Pressure on top of foot"

The shoe is comfortable to stand in but the upper material is stiff and pushes on the top of the foot. It flexes in an awkward fashion that puts pressure onto the top of the foot and toes. I have used this for hiking, walking and traveling. Also the gore-tex waterproof layer is a true membrane that crinkles/makes noise as you walk.

"Great jacket!"

As with all 686 gear, this jacket is made with attention to detail. The fabric appears very durable. It absolutely seems to be worth the MSRP, but I certainly like the steal at $99! Sizing is right on the mark.

"Great Socks"

I am always looking for split toe socks to wear with flip flops at home or while camping after a long day especially when its wet or cold. Most of the oriental socks are very thin and run small and tight. the Topo socks are very comfortable, with good cushioning and wicking. The heel comes up at the rear making it more secure and the split toe fits better than the usual "v" design. A great pair of socks

"I am satisfied"

I haven't had a chance to wear them yet. But I've tried them on and found them to be very comfortable. Shipping was fast, price was right and I don't foresee any problems in the future. I'm satisfied with this purchase. I only gave 4 stars instead of five because I haven't put them to the weather, snow, water test yet.

"Warm but did not hold up"

I skied one weekend and the pants were warm but unfortunately they tear very easy.

"I would recommend this Jacket"

This jacket is adequately vented to allow for reasonable heat dissipation when it gets warm (on a 30-36 degree F day) and kept me toasty in aspen on some moderately cold days (around 14 degrees F.) The cut is relatively slim and moves more easily than with all of the layers I have traditionally used. I would definitely recommend this coat. I have not yet tested in spring skiing.

"Very nice-he wears it everywhere!"

This was perfect for my boyfriend. It fits well, it's warm but comfortable enough to wear working out in the garage. It's a very nice fabric.
