I don't normally write reviews but because of the great customer service I got from them I had to write one. I love these Ugg boots. They're comfortable even with 3+ inches of wedge. Because it has 1/2 inch platform, you don't really feel the height. I saw these for less from another website and was thinking of returning them. I called and spoke to someone who told me they would match the price to save me the trouble returning it. Excellent customer service.

Beautifully made, just like other UGG products. Medium size may be a little more snug than other brands, but they keep my wife's hands warm, which is what we wanted.
This was the perfect Christmas gift for my very stylish Grandma! She's quite petite and it fit her perfectly. The quilting pattern is very cute and the snaps are a fun detail.

Well made, warm boot. Cuff can be worn up or down. Feels true to length, however a little wide for my foot which is med to narrow width.
I love this coat but I've worn it 5X and it sheds lint/tiny feathers whenever I wear black and it really shows on my clothes. I had to buy a lint/down brush to keep at work. I'm hoping it will stop shedding but I'm not sure?
I believe I got a very good deal. Very good boots, just as I expected from UGG.... but it runs a little bit big. I'll suggest anyone who wants to buy to order ONE size down..
