This is a great hat! It's really high quality, and made in Nepal. Keeps my head warm in frosty Maine weather. We have three of them at my house- and will likely buy more! So much better than cheap acrylic hats.
We've been using these for skiing and are very happy with the amount of warmth and comfort they provide under a helmet. Both my 3 year old daughter and 7 year old son wear one of these and with the amount of stretch they fit perfectly on both.
I really liked the design on the hat, the colors, the warm fleece lining and the fact that it was big enough to cover my ears, but the ponytail hole was too low for it to be functional. The hole ended up being halfway down my neck - not somewhere a ponytail would be.
My go-to winter hat. Warm and cozy, but still lightweight. The fleece-liner for the ears is key.
I'm very pleased with this hat! It's not only stylish, but is thick & warm - the pattern is pretty as well. It can be worn by ALL age groups. I like the fact that it is wool and the inner earband is fleece for added warmth, makes a huge difference. It fits really well, stays in place and the pom poms are great. I highly recommend this hat!
I use it to keep my ears warm in the cold. It's very functional and I've gotten several complements on it. I really like the versatility of it; I can wear it with a dress coat or a ski coat.
I love my Turtle Fur Hat and Ear Band. I have been wearing Turtle Fur Hats and Bands for over 15 years. Living in Florida and spending 3 weeks in New Hampshire every year for skiing, it keeps me as warm as I am in Florida. I would recommend this hat for everyone.
Warm enough for daughter but material not as good as a fleece material - not recommended
