Peter Glenn offered an awesome price for these highly reviewed Ride snowboard bindings. The setup was very simple and it fits perfectly on my Ride Machete. This is the first pair that I bought since using an old board/bindings from over 10 years ago. I would say that the build quality is pretty good and the ease of taking off the straps is so simple nowadays. There's an easy lever for removal and getting out when you're done with a run. If you're on a budget and need good quality bindings, these are them. The only thing that would make these better is if I could adjust the highbacks to be aligned with the angle of the board. I found it very difficult to line up the highbacks with the board so that they were straight. They only offer three angles of adjustment and I just couldn't get it right.
The size was great room to grow, kept him nice and warm, quality very well done. Would definitely order more from you.
Got this for my son's birthday. He loves it! It's sleek and perfect for his maneuvers. He can't wait to get on some real powder!
This is a great board for all conditions. But is not just a standard board, it makes all riding effortless and fun. It's even good in deep powder. I haven't done too many airs with it yet, but it also seems pretty light. Traversing at Kirkwood is a lot easier, my other board was pretty old so I was due and I'm glad I got this one.
Soooo ill!! Fit great and was great to ride in.
These are really nice boots. I like the lacing system and they're wide enough for my EE feet after getting them heat molded. I give them a B-
This is the second pair of Ride EX bindings I have had. The first pair lasted me about 7 years, hoping that these will do the same. The metal frame and base plate is ideal for long-life performance. The 2010's I just got from PeterGlenn.com are way better than expected. Fully adjustable without tools, the new toe-cap design is awesome, and the whole under-foot base plate cover is all padded, so my foot stays cush all day. I couldn't be happier!
I bought these boots size 6.5 & tried them out this weekend. I was disappointed in how wide the space in the toe area was. The BOA got loose so I have to stop my run & tighten them up a lot. Over all, I like the boots but not sure if I would recommend them to someone else. I would also look for a double BOA boot that's not too wide in the toe space.
A reasonably stiff boot with a Boa lace and Intuition liner. The liner is comfy and warm, but does benefit from the addition of a custom footbed. These fit true to size. The lacing is simple and quick. The inner liner has a handy snap for the inner lacing lock device. The cable tends to tighten at a higher tension near the Boa ratchet, therefore, your ankle and leg will be the tightest portion of the boot. Compared to a ski boot it's similar to a 90 so it's pretty comfy over a full day of riding. Don't rest your snowboard on your boot during the chairlift ride as the edge will weaken the Boa cable strands and they will fray - replacements are free from Boa, but it's easy to avoid the hassle of ordering and re-threading by treating your boot carefully.
I use these with K2 ctc cinch and Flow NXT bindings - no issues.
I like: the colour, the fit (true to size), the lacing system. But most of all the fact that I could put the boots on with minimal foot squishing, prodding, shoving and poking. I could easily tighten them and walk.
