"Fits a very tall guy very well"

I would have given this a 5/5 had I been able to check its function during the winter/ski season. But the Christmas in July event crushed that option. I am 6'9" (46 chest) and this XL Tall jacket fits amazingly well. The sleeve length is terrific. I wonder if anyone with less than a 38" sleeve length would like the extra length. Body length of the jacket is amazing- perfect. Pit zips seem small (short) but at least they don't cause "bunching" in the arm-pit area. The snow-skirt will help keep the breeze out. The Obermeyer jacket seems to be a tad light in insulation, but as a skier, I suspect the activity and layering will compensate AND the lighter weight of the jacket will extend its use (early and late season). I'm not saying its "un"-insulated. It just seems lighter than my previous (alternate manufacturer) jacket. I'm excited to try this out this season. I anticipate total success.

"Very cute jacket"

I bought this Obermeyer jacket for my tall 10 year old daughter to match light blue ski pants. The pants and the jacket look fantastic together. I originally bought the size 14 jacket. I'm used to a combination 14/16 jacket - typically a size large in girl sizes. This jacket comes in both size 14 and 16. I'd like the jacket to fit for two years and the size 14 fit just right - without having a sweater underneath. I'm returning the 14 for the 16. If you have a tall kid, definitely go for the 16. The size 16 fits great.

"Great ski pants for the price."

I have not used these Obermeyer ski pants yet, but they were great ski pants for the price.

"Love the jacket"

My son is 11 years old but he is short for his age. He normally wears a size 10/12 in boys clothes, so I ordered him this jacket in a size 12. It has plenty of room to grow into, so we plan to use it next Spring when we go ski. It should fit him for two seasons unless he goes through a growth spurt. This Obermeyer jacket is very well made and looks very warm with thick insulation. At the same time, it's not bulky. My son loved it.

"Good looking ski pants for a great price."

I found these Obermeyer ski pants to be really warm, so that was a nice surprise. They are a true red. As for the size, I normally wear 31 waist in all my pants, so with the size table on this pants lists small as 28-30 waist and medium is 32-34. But since the only size available was small I went for it. The good news is they fit me well, the bad news is I can´t gain a pound or they won´t fit.

"Looks great"

The Obermeyer Switch Hat is comfortable, has a snug fit so it doesn't blow off in high winds. It's a bright orange that goes with other down garments I have. I'm an active backpacker and so I can use this hat year round.

"Great quality"

Klaus Obermeyer knows how to make quality skiwear. These pants are my favorite and I am so glad that Peter Glenn had a pair in stock because I have worn out my previous pair. These pants have a great amount of stretch and adjustable waist. In short, these pants are fabulous. My previous pair of the Athena ski pant is 5 yrs old and still wearable, that is amazing considering I ski about 70 days a season. Thanks Sport Obermeyer and Peter Glenn.

"Great coat at great price"

This is a really nice winter jacket for boys. This ski jacket fits him nice, though it is very wide and does not have a draw around the bottom to tighten it. I am a little concerned about the wind blowing up the bottom of the coat, but if he is in snow pants and other winter gear, he should be fine. Overall it seems it will be very warm and durable for a few years of wear.

"Lime fabric snags but warm and comfortable"

My son really enjoyed skiing in these pants. It was spring skiing in CO so we didn't test them during the midwest polar vortex, but they were very comfortable and adjustable. The bright color made him easy to see. I am returning them for a different color, however, b/c the lime green fabric snags and pills exceedingly easily making it look ragged and old. The pilling appeared almost immediately in random places under the jacket, between the legs, and near any velcro on the pants. The fabric also snags and thread tags appeared. This is not a shiny nylon but a softer, looser weave. Pretty, but it doesn't hold up very well all things considered. Based on customer service, I'm not the only one with this issue. CS was very helpful and gracious and are allowing me to exchange them for the red, which I have been told appears to be a different fabric and a tighter weave. I love that Obermeyer has I-Grow extendable cuffs.

"Very flattering"

This is probably one of the most beautiful ski jackets I have ever owned. It is well made, the color is gorgeous and it is functional. Definitely well worth the price. I also love the fact that it fits perfectly. Being only 5'3" and a size 10, this Obermeyer jacket is quite flattering.
