"Great boots for the price"

Used these boots during a snowboarding trip. My first pair of snowboarding boots. They held up well and I trust the Nitro name!

"cute but painful"

Agree with the first reviewer, The lacing system was slow and the extra hardware for it dug into my shins giving me painful and almost bleeding welts on my shins. It was one of the most painful riding seasons I've had. Maybe my legs are oddly shaped or something because I don't understand how this boot was confortable for anyone....

"Great All-Around Board"

I've had this board for 2 years now and as an all-mountain board it is absolutely perfect. It has exceptional straight-line speed and turns very well. Its only downfall is while on a street style or terrain course with pipes and jumps it can get a little stiff. However, if you simply want to shred the slopes this is the board for you. Best thing abut this board is the price. You could spend a lot more and get the same quality as this one.

"pretty, but painful"

They were a good pair of boots, but the lacing system made it hard to snap into place and took longer to lace up than my friend's normal laces. Also the inner lacing system left a lump that dug into my shins as I was wearing them. They were painful to get on. I've heard this of Burton boots (that they are hard to break in) even after several times wearing them. Couldn't recommend.

"Love them"

These boots are great for an intermediate rider. Super comfy and hold your feet in place. I have a narrow foot so I really had to crank the laces but the system is really slick and easy to use.

"Perfect boot for people on a budget!"

Good boot for the price. Not too soft but they break in nice! This is my second pair of Rivals.

"Great buy -- helped my daughter become a better boarder"

From the first try on, my daughter liked them, both the fit and look. She has become a great little boarder but had boots that were hand-me-downs and more for beginners. Once she was on the slopes, she loved them even more. Easy, support, comfort. I liked the price. Now hoping her feet don't grow anymore.

"Best Board I've ever ridden"

I have been riding for about 8 years and have been everywhere. This is simply the most versatile board I've ever ridden. I'm 25 years old so i still like to have a decent amount of fun in the parks, but i truly love riding the mountain. If you want a board that will let you play in the parks, but really slice through any conditions with extreme handling then you've found it.

"Too heavy"

I used it for all kind of riding but it's not flexible at all and the weight is a killer..
